Established with a passion for quality support and care.
Umbrella Disability Services was established in 2018 by four Disability Support Workers with a passion for quality support and care who had become exceedingly frustrated with the general organisation practices.
Before Umbrella Disability Services, the directors had worked with a range of organisations (small, medium and large). We have seen first-hand and learned the difficulties these organisation faced on a daily basis.
We are inclusive in our service delivery and relationship-based approach to all participants (people with disability, young people and children in Out Of Home Care, their families and communities) across all locations in NSW and VIC.

Providing Person Centred Support
Improving participant care and wellbeing has become a key milestone for all service providers under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). At Umbrella Disability Services, we engage our participants through active support and person centred perspective with a sole objective of achieving a higher degree of participant satisfaction. The quality of our participants care is essentially determined by the competence of our Team, efficient approach, quality of training and environment.
Our History
Umbrella Disability Services (UDS) is a new and emerging disability provider bore from shared-passion and vision of an inclusive industry. We are a team with exceptional hands-on industry experience with a desire and drive for hope and change. Umbrella Disability Services was established to provide care for all types of disability, regardless! It is our passion that no participants should be turn away simply as a result of their complex needs. This is the foundation on which Umbrella Disability is founded.
