SUPPORT COORDINATION
Building your confidence and general skills to achieve your personal goals
Everything we do is about providing support.
It makes sense then, that as a recognised NDIS business, we work with participants to navigate the three categories of support coordination:
- Support connection
- Support coordination
- Specialist support
Our role is to assist you in maximising the benefits you will receive from your plan in terms of funding.
We have a team of highly experienced and passionate support coordinators who take a holistic approach in support provision.
Our team can assist with:
- Linking you to community, mainstream and other government services to achieve your goals
- Identifying your options, coordinating support and accessing your local community.
- Negotiating with service providers about what they will offer you and the costs involved
- Building and developing your skills
- Finalising service agreements and bookings
- All your admin / paperwork
- Planning and preparing for your plan review
If I self-manage or plan manage, will I still receive funding for support coordination?
Yes. The decision for a plan to be self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed has no effect on funding support coordination. Funding support coordination is decided by what is considered reasonable and necessary.
When creating your plan you can discuss with your planner, LAC, or ECEI Coordinator what your management options are and the differences between them. If you’d like to make an appointment to chat with us about your options, please get in touch. We’d love to guide you through.
